Submission Requirement

◆ Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. 
◆ Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
◆ The author is suggested to use the FCCE Formatting Template. Papers should be written in English, formatted according to the Paper Template, and with at least 4 pages' length, and within 12 pages.

Submission Categories

  - FULL PAPER/PUBLICATION 全文投稿/口头报告+ 出版
Once a full-paper submission has been accepted, authors must complete their registration promptly upon receipt of the acceptance notification; only then will they be eligible to deliver an oral presentation during the conference, and their paper be included in the conference proceedings.
全文投稿一经录用，作者需在收到录用通知后及时完成注册，方可于会议期间进行口头报告，其论文方能被收录至会议论文集。

  - ABSTRACT/ORAL PRESENTATION ONLY (NO PUBLICATION) 摘要投稿/口头报告(不作出版)
Once the submitted abstract is accepted, the presenter must complete the registration promptly after receiving the acceptance notification in order to deliver the oral presentation at the conference. Please note that the abstract will NOT be included in the conference proceedings or published elsewhere.
摘要投稿一经录用，报告者需在收到录用通知后及时完成注册，方可于会议期间进行口头报告。需注意，摘要将不会被收录至会议论文集，亦不会发表。

 

Review Policy

FCCE will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under reviewing, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
会议的主要目标是交流、分享和传播来自国际社会的最新研究和理论, 邀请 潜在作者提交尚未在其他会议或期刊上提交或发表的原创研究论文。 提交的所有全文需要用英语书写，并将发送给至少两名评审员，并根据原创性、技术或研究内容或深度、正确性、与会议的相关性、贡献和可读性进行评估。
